Weddings in Cuba, corporate receptions, children’s birthday, quinceañeras or family events, our motivation is to guide you from the very beggining using proven routines of customer service and all communication channels.

How we do it

First Contact

The recommended way to contact us and receive an initial quotation is to email us to telling us your first ideas for the celebration

Step 2

Detailed Information

We will need you to comment the type of service you require (Planning, Decoration and Flowers), the date and time, venue and number of guests.

Once you tell us your requirements and you send us some inspiration images, we will give you an initial quotation.

step 3

Book the date

To book the date and start working on specific proposals you will be asked to pay an initial deposit which will be deducted from the final cost. If you select a date that is already booked in our calendar, the cost could be higher, which is why our recommendation is that once you decide to work with Aire de Fiesta, you make effective the deposit to ensure our services.

step 4

Assistance and management

Our sales team, coordinators, designers and florists will maintain a close communication at all times, including meeting in our offices, permanent email communication, chat or video conferences, to ensure that distance is never an obstacle.
